General Meetings

The Elma Chamber of Commerce general meetings are held at 12:00 Noon on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at various locations throughout Elma.
Each meeting features a lunch at no charge to attendees thanks to a host business. (Host businesses either pay $150 to the Chamber or they can set up catering themselves.)

Meetings include a special program, which can be provided by the host business, or is scheduled by the Chamber Board of Directors. Meetings are a great opportunity to network and create business awareness for your company.

We are seeking hosts for the meetings below where no location is listed. Please contact a board member if you would like to host lunch or the meeting.

Everyone is welcome to attend the general meetings and should RSVP to the Chamber email: debbie@elmachamber.org or phone 482-3055 by 12:00noon the Tuesday prior to the meeting.

Board of Directors Meetings

The Board of Directors meets at 12:00 Noon every 1st Wednesday of each month at Timberland Bank.

If you would like the Board of Directors to consider your proposal, please submit your written proposal to the chamber office so that it may be presented to the board. Members are welcome to attend board meetings, please advise President Renee Dunharmif you would like to attend.
