The East County Industrial Park, located at the intersection of Schouweiler RD and State Route 12, contains approximately 250 acres in 20 parcels under three different ownerships.

The park lies just 20 minutes from the I-5 corridor and provides easy access to SR 12 South, which terminates at I-5 just North of Centralia.

The park is served by the City of Elma water distribution system and modern telecommunications systems. Though the park is currently served by on-site sewage disposal systems, City of Elma sewage service is available through construction of a sewage collection main extension to the park.
